If you received an invoice from Alpha/Omega Coverage Corp, click here to submit payment via ACH or credit card through ePay. Transaction fees of $4 for ACH and 3.5% for credit card payments applies.

DIRECT BILL

If you are being billed by your Insurance Carrier, payment should be made directly to the Insurance Carrier.  Do not send payment to our office.  Please refer to the list of carriers for contact information or call our office at 718-494-4440 for assistance.
